Need help?

1. Find the code

Look for the 3 letters and 2 digits shown by the seller in the video or its description (for example KPX47). Type or paste this code on the home page or in their shop.

2. Order

Open the product and check its price and availability. The order button opens WhatsApp. Without a WhatsApp number, contact the seller on TikTok. Arrange payment and delivery together.

3. Create your storefront

Choose “Create my storefront” on the home page. Sign up with your shop name, email and a password. In your seller area, complete your storefront and add a product with a photo and price: its code is created automatically.

Press “Need help?” again to close.
